Public Announcement: Investor Alert on Fraudulent Use of Names and Brands

Nan Fung Trinity (Hong Kong) Limited (hereafter “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Hong Kong-based investment management company. Any communications claiming to originate from us that are inconsistent with the statements herein are unauthorized. We have observed a rise in market-wide scams involving the unauthorized use of reputable financial institutions’ names, logos, and employee identities. We strongly caution the public to remain vigilant and verify any communications or investment solicitations that purport to be from us or associated with us.

To protect investors, we declare the following:

• We do not partner with any companies in Mainland China to provide investment advisory, brokerage, investment management, or related financial services. We do not back any Mainland Chinese companies, entities, platforms, or their associates, whether by assets, research resources, or personnel.
• We do not have any mobile applications available for download on any app store or via direct links. Any app bearing our name or logo is unauthorized and fraudulent.
• We do not promote specific investment schemes online, nor do we organize online investment clubs, groups, paid memberships, or similar arrangements in Mainland China.
• We do not solicit investments through instant messaging tools or public social media platforms. Any purported “mentors”, “experts”, or “advisors” using our brand or our employees’ names, photos, or profiles on social or messaging platforms are acting without our authorization.
• We do not offer “high guaranteed returns”, “exclusive insider information”, “one‑click trading”, “smart systems”, or any other features or services of this kind.
• We do not request that investors transfer funds or share personal information through unofficial channels.

We are not responsible or liable for any losses suffered by individuals who engage with fraudulent schemes or unauthorized third parties misusing our name, logo, or employee profiles.
